This Privacy Policy explains how Sterling Archer Investments LLC, doing business as LearnTripleNet.com ("LearnTripleNet", "LTN", "we", "us", or "our"), collects, uses, and protects information when you visit LearnTripleNet.com, request free materials, purchase our products, or submit a referral request (the "Service"). We are committed to handling your information responsibly.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you contact us, request the free Starter Pack, join an email list, purchase a product, or submit a referral request, we may receive your name, email address, email consent choice, package interest, reward preference, referred buyer details, mailing details if provided, notes you choose to submit, and details of your order. If you email us, we keep the contents of your message so we can help you.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site, we may collect usage and device information such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and the page that referred you, through cookies and similar technologies and through analytics tools.

Payment information. Payments are processed through Stripe. Your card and billing details are collected and processed by Stripe and its payment partners. We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2. How we use information

We use information to deliver free materials you request and products you purchase, provide access to the Materials, respond to your questions and provide support, operate and secure the site, limit abusive requests, send transactional delivery messages, send practical lessons and updates if you separately opt in, review and administer referral requests, and meet our legal and tax obligations.

3. Payments

Stripe processes checkout, payment card information, billing details, receipts, and related payment records. Stripe Tax may be used to calculate and collect applicable taxes when enabled. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by the Stripe privacy policy, available at stripe.com/privacy.

4. Free materials and email choices

When you request the free Starter Pack, we use your email address and optional first name to create a free entitlement and send your private access link. That delivery message is transactional and is sent whether or not you choose to receive other emails.

If you separately check the optional email box, we may add your email address and first name to our Brevo contact list and send occasional practical Triple Net lessons and LearnTripleNet updates. The box is not preselected. You can unsubscribe using a link in those emails or by emailing [email protected]. Unsubscribing from marketing messages does not remove your free entitlement or stop messages that are necessary to deliver materials you request.

5. Digital delivery records

When you request free materials or purchase a product, we store entitlement and delivery records in Cloudflare D1 so we can create private access links, prevent unauthorized access, limit abusive requests, and support your access. Customer files are stored in private Cloudflare R2 storage and delivered through the entitlement system. Transactional delivery emails are sent through Brevo. For free requests, we also store limited security records derived from the requesting IP address and email address; these values are hashed rather than stored in plain text in the request-attempt record.

6. Referral requests

When you submit a referral request, we may store the information you provide in Cloudflare KV and use it to review eligibility against order records, prevent duplicate or self-referral claims, contact you if more information is needed, and administer any eligible refund or gift card. Referral-related transactional emails may be sent through Brevo. If a gift card is issued, mailing or delivery details may be shared with service providers as needed to fulfill it.

7. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies to make the site work, remember preferences, and understand how visitors use the site. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site functions.

8. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run the Service, such as payment processing, hosting, email delivery, storage, fulfillment, gift-card delivery, and analytics providers, and only as needed for them to do their work. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, and in connection with a business sale or transfer.

9. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide the Service, support your access, and meet legal, tax, and accounting requirements, after which we delete or anonymize it.

10. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. If you are in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, these rights arise under the GDPR. Because Stripe processes checkout and payment data, some requests about payment data may be directed to Stripe.

11. International visitors

We are based in the United States and process information there. If you access the Service from outside the United States, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

12. Children

The Service is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

13. Security

We use reasonable measures to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
