These Referral Terms explain how Sterling Archer Investments LLC, doing business as LearnTripleNet.com ("LearnTripleNet", "LTN", "we", "us", or "our"), reviews customer referral Thank You requests. The program is intended as a simple Thank You for honest word-of-mouth from customers who found LearnTripleNet useful.

1. Eligibility

To be reviewed for a referral Thank You, you must be a LearnTripleNet customer in good standing, the referred buyer must know that you may receive value if their purchase qualifies, and the referred buyer must purchase a LearnTripleNet program of equal or greater value than your original purchase.

Self-referrals, misleading claims, duplicate accounts, refunded purchases, chargebacks, canceled payments, and referrals connected to deceptive or abusive activity do not qualify.

2. Qualifying Purchases

Individual Series customers may qualify when the referred buyer purchases The Individual Series, The Foundation Series, The Blueprint Series, or The Flagship Series. Foundation Series customers may qualify when the referred buyer purchases The Foundation Series, The Blueprint Series, or The Flagship Series. Blueprint Series customers may qualify when the referred buyer purchases The Blueprint Series or The Flagship Series. Flagship Series customers may qualify when the referred buyer purchases The Flagship Series.

3. Review Process

Submitting a referral request does not guarantee eligibility. We review referral requests against order records and may contact you for more information. A referral Thank You is reviewed only after the referred buyer's 30-day refund window has passed and the referred purchase has not been refunded, charged back, canceled, or otherwise reversed.

If more than one customer claims the same referred buyer, the first valid submission tied to a verified qualifying purchase is the one reviewed for eligibility.

4. Thank You Amount and Method

Customers whose referrals qualify can receive 50% of the amount paid for their original LearnTripleNet purchase after discounts and before taxes, payment fees, shipping, or unrelated charges. We may issue the Thank You as a refund to the original form of payment where available or as a Visa gift card. Gift card delivery may require valid mailing or delivery details after eligibility review.

5. Taxes and Compliance

You are responsible for any personal tax obligations related to a referral Thank You. We may request information needed for tax, fraud-prevention, payment, or compliance purposes before issuing a Thank You.

6. Privacy

Referral requests may include your name, email address, original purchase level, reward preference, the referred buyer's name or email address, package interest, mailing details if provided, and notes you choose to submit. We use this information to review and administer the referral program as described in our Privacy Policy.

7. Changes and Program Administration

We may update, pause, or end the referral program or these Referral Terms at any time. We may decline or reverse a referral Thank You if we determine that a request is ineligible, inaccurate, abusive, or inconsistent with these terms.
