How the guarantee works

Your purchase is covered for 30 calendar days from the date of payment. If you request a refund within that window, we will approve a full refund of the price you paid for that product. That commitment holds even if you have downloaded the tools, and it holds even if we have already delivered your review.

How to request a refund

Email [email protected] from the address you used to buy, and include your order number or the receipt you received at purchase. A request sent within 30 days of purchase qualifies, even if it takes us a short time to reply. There are no forms to complete and no retention conversation to survive.

How refunds are processed

Payments and refunds are processed through Stripe. Once a refund is approved, funds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe. It can take several business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider. Any taxes collected on the refunded purchase are returned according to the applicable Stripe refund and tax settings.

After the 30 days

After the 30-day window, purchases are generally non-refundable because the materials are digital and delivered in full at the time of purchase. The Flagship Series first-review service protection described below is an exception. If something has gone wrong with your access or a file, contact us and we will make it right.

The Flagship Series first-review protection

If LTN delivers an accepted review after the applicable review-delivery standard, that late review does not count toward your ten-review limit and LTN adds one bonus review for use during the same Review Desk term.

Your first accepted review has an added protection. If the first package LTN accepts was submitted within 90 days of the enrollment date shown in your purchase confirmation and LTN delivers the review after the applicable review-delivery standard, you may choose a full refund of the Flagship Series purchase price instead of the ordinary late-review remedy. This service protection is separate from the 30-day money-back guarantee and does not guarantee a property or transaction outcome.

The Blueprint Completion Guarantee

The standalone Blueprint Series also carries a completion-based guarantee through day 180 of membership. Complete the Blueprint Series curriculum and work one deal underwriting yourself using the tools. If you then honestly conclude that the Blueprint Series failed to help you identify what to verify, rebuild NOI from source documents, prepare a downside case, and organize a decision memo, email us and we will refund the $2,497 Blueprint Series purchase price.

This Completion Guarantee applies only to standalone purchases of The Blueprint Series. It does not apply to The Individual Series, The Foundation Series, or The Flagship Series. The Flagship Series is covered by the 30-day money-back guarantee and by the Review Desk service-standard remedies described above and at purchase.

Billing questions and chargebacks

If you see a charge you do not recognize, it may appear under a LearnTripleNet descriptor, a Sterling Archer Investments LLC descriptor, or a Stripe-related descriptor depending on your bank or card provider. Please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, as we can usually resolve billing issues quickly and directly.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country or state. This guarantee is offered in addition to those rights.
